Silver Support – ‘PAYG’

Our Silver Support package is suitable for smaller businesses that have low demand and require a simple pay-as-you-go (PAYG) model, but like the benefits of having a team of specialists to call on when required. We have a flat rate for all PAYG customers and make our instant access support available, as well as project and consultancy services. Each customer is as valuable as the next – no matter the company size.

Gold Support – Managed service

Our most popular package, Gold Support, provides fixed support costs and a proactive service for the whole network. The support is based per user, which includes any computers, tablets or smartphones they have. This package offers unlimited remote support, with any on-site or project work as an additional cost. We ensure the networks are protected from security threats and servers are running to their optimum. We also advise on any new technology which may be of benefit to the business.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

We have Service Level Agreements with our Gold and Platinum Managed Service packages:

  • • Immediate response to all support requests (within office hours)
  • • 4 hour resolution target to support requests (within office hours)
  • • 8 hour on-site target when faults are identified as non-repairable remotely (within office hours)

We have 24-hour monitoring systems which automatically fix issues before they become a problem, and proactively notify us of any impending issues so we can ensure everything is running to its optimum at all times.

Platinum Support – Managed Service (Unlimited)

The platinum package is suited to larger businesses who require a complete outsource solution. We offer a comprehensive package so you can fully manage your IT costs, while benefiting from having a team of engineers at your disposal, without the personnel overhead. This package is perfect for completely managing all IT costs with unlimited remote, on-site and project services included within the package.

Infrastructure Support

At the heart of any IT system is its infrastructure. Having the specific skills to successfully manage all the different aspects of that infrastructure requires lots of resources. Here at Liit, we already have those resources in place for our clients to utilise at their disposal.
